Event Policy — PSC Batch 2K21 Reunion 2026

1. Registration

All participants must complete the official registration form with accurate information. Registration is considered confirmed only after the required contribution/payment has been successfully completed.

2. Contribution & Payment

The reunion contribution is ৳400 per participant. Participants are responsible for providing correct payment information. Any payment-related issue should be reported to the organizing committee as soon as possible.

3. Attendance

Only registered participants and their approved guests may attend the event. Participants should bring their confirmation/registration information when arriving at the venue.

4. Event Schedule

Participants are requested to arrive on time and follow the official event schedule. The organizing committee may make reasonable changes to the schedule when necessary.

5. Conduct

Everyone is expected to maintain respectful and friendly behavior throughout the event. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or actions that make others uncomfortable will not be tolerated.

6. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own phones, bags, valuables, and other personal belongings. The organizers cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

7. Photography & Media

Photography and video recording may take place during the reunion for memories and event documentation. By attending, participants acknowledge that they may appear in general event photographs or videos.

8. Changes & Cancellation

The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the event schedule, activities, or arrangements when necessary. Participants will be informed of significant changes through the official communication channels.

9. Final Decision

The organizing committee's decisions regarding event arrangements, participation, and on-site management will be considered final.
